Passionate about the arts of cooking and the table
From an early age, I have always been passionate about cooking and tableware. Very early, I studied cooking at the hotel school "sorbets" of Noirmoutier. Freshly graduated, I left for further training "Pastry" to deepen my knowledge. At the end of my training, I quickly took the reins of a traditional restaurant as a chef: it was the first step of a wonderful gastronomic journey that led me, 20 years later, to develop my business as a culinary consultant for professionals, and catering for individuals. I am passionate about sharing my passion for gastronomy and my expertise in the culinary arts.
